How do i keep humidity up and steady? My exhaust fan has no speed control and drops the humidity. I have my humidifier on almost full blast(not full blast because of i dont want it to overheat) a wet towel and a bowl of boiled water. Does the exhaust fan need to run in veg state?

Nah man, no need for the exhaust fan until you start flowering, as long as you have a good intake from the bottom so the air keep coming in. If you humidifier doesn't have the hygrometer and the function to keep the humidity stable you could buy an Inkbird controller.

you could put the exhaust fan on a timer or link it up to one of them inkbird controllers that only turns on when humidity gets to high then turns itself off again. https://inkbird.com/products/ihc-200-wifi Good Luck!

Hi, You don't need to have the exhaust fan cranking all day during veg. I normally run my exhaust for 1 hour every 6 hours, just to cycle new air in the grow space. Your clip on fans/fans should be more than enough to keep your humidity regulated above 60%. Just play around with the grow space, keep fans higher up in veg and point at the wall not plants. Test humidifier with just your fans going and see how your humidity goes. You wont really need your exhaust running until closer to flower and throughout flower whilst plants get sensitive to the humidity. Hope this helps! Happy grow
