Humidité

Humidity varies quite a bit and I invested in a humidifier but it doesn't solve the issue. I have 2 fans and two passive intakes, but I think I have too many plants and I'm in a basement. Thank you very much, humidity is not good for flowering.

If you can exhaust outside that area or just to the outside, that can help. But if ambient RH is already high in your region, that won't help much either. bigger dehum needed if that cannot do it, or fewer plants. once they get big and all transpiring alot, you get a lot of water vapor released. 40-60 is fine. you probablywant it under 60, but if temps are also high it can be helpful. Resulting VPD dictates how fast the plant drinks which relates to the rate of vapor the plant releases. lowering temps could help reduce RH caused by plant, in this context, too. Because of RH issues i only grow at certain times of the year. When my furnace is on, my ambient RH inside house is ver low. So i can control the RH later on with larger plants. I still need a dehum even though ambient is 25-30 % if nothing is growing in the house.

Hi! At this time of year, there aren't many solutions to lower humidity: invest in a dehumidifier. But be careful, not all are created equal. I recommend a model that uses a refrigerant and is suitable for your space (extracts at least 10L/day for a 120×120cm area).

high humiddity can cause issue in flower. PM, budrot and so on. Just keep air flow going and keep it thined out. Might still end up with a little PM. I have high humidity where I'm at 60% plus all the time. I just keep lots of fans going and thin it out and I still always end up with a little PM.
