I looked at the pictures and though she looks very dry..FIRST:. the humidity is very low. Wateringregime is one of the hardest things to learn in my opinion......i needed a number of grows to get my routine. SECOND: You can train it in the " pot lifting or pot weighin" method. if your plant is dry get the weigh or lift the pot and try to keep the weigh in your mind. Then water with a good adaeqat amount of water ( in your case i would go with around 250-400 ml. ) then just water again if the pot is lighter/ has the same weigh as the dry pot. The 250-400 ml should be enough for at least 3 days ( out of beeing very hot or very dry).....THIRD: whey is she sitting in such asmall pot, automatics loove it to go after germination in their final pot filled with fluffy prefertilised soil. So put her in her final pot, and she has abig resource of nutrients and enough space to spread her roots.

Yes they are over water’d , you can tell by the puffy leaves with intervenal speed bumps. You can lift the pot just after watering, keep the weight in mind and check the weight every other day, water again when the pot is lightweight. Your light is too close also, you can tell by the edges of the leaves that are curling up.

Hey there, i agree with the overwatering being a concern and we should all be careful of that, you could always up the airflow to dry out quicker. However my main thought was your light distance, cupping of the leaves like that(upwards like tacos) can be a good sign of light irritation. If you're using a 400led I'd recommend no closer than 15 inches and ideally like 24. Good luck with the problem solving. ✌️

Hi there, to prevent overwatering you should try watering when the soil feels dry and the pot feels light again but not too dry. You will see when to add water when the first leaves start to hang down, then it's definitely time to deliver. Add your grow nutrition as told on the bottle and watch carefully for any signs of overfeeding, normally brown, dry and crispy leaf tips and dark green leaves. That happens sometimes when you feeded too much of growth nutes.

@N0fun definately an over watering issue my friend, the roots need oxygen to breath so it's very important you allow the growing medium to dry a little between watering/feedings Never allow it to get bone dry however as this will cause other issues. So don't wait until it's "very" dry. a good method for learning when to water is to pick up your pot when its dry and feel the weight then do it again after a feed this way you will have a rough idea of when/if your plant needs moisture. Also when you post pics for help its a good idea to take the images without the growlight shining on them. The reason for this is any potential problems can be hidden by the hue of the lights ie leaf colours etc. Led's and HPS are the worst for this as it's near on impossible to ascertain the plants true colours when they are under the glow of the lights. Finally is 30% your true humidity? because that is way too low for healthy growth especially during veg too low a humidity and the leaves can dry out and become brittle which may be causing the crinkling of your leaves.
