This is my first grow I have 2 photos that are on day 24, I like that they aren’t stretching but I’m wondering if they may be a little too short and dense, should I raise my light a little or just keep doing what I’m doing? Also the second plant has song yellow so maybe bad ph?

Hey kuukiemonster, my first question would be: have you already switched the light cycle to flowering (12/12)? If so, how long has it been? Also, what kind of light are you using, at what intensity and distance from the plant? Too much light intensity during the different growth stages can keep the plant very short and bushy (stunted). Your plants look healthy! If you've already triggered the flowering stage, just double-check your light intensity and distance – and most importantly: be patient. 😉 Wishing you the best of luck and a great harvest!

Short and dense plants are good. They show strong, healthy growth. You don’t need to raise your light to make them taller. Keep the light at its current height if plants look healthy. Watch for stress signs. Leaves curling up or bleaching mean the light is too close. Yellowing on the second plant could be pH issues or nutrient deficiency. Check water pH: 6.0–6.5 for soil. Let the soil dry a bit between waterings. Yellow lower leaves usually mean nitrogen deficiency. Yellow between veins usually means magnesium deficiency.

That yellow is called variegation.. it's harmless and not related to anything you caused. The plant is healthy. Controlling the climate is value-added, too. Beyond that, there's not much you control. Keep it happy and it'll approach its genetic potential. that's the ceiling, regardless. Can't put lipstick on a pig, when you get one. they happen. (not saying that's the case here.. far too early for any assessment) is node spacing still healthy? Node spacing of new growth can help determine if providing too much light. Too tight and it needs less. Too stretched and it needs more. Keep an aye on that and you'll figure it out. Once you find a good light distance and power, yes of course raise the light to match the growth. From what i can see, it looks fine as is.. maintain... unless you see new grwoth is too tight. Local variables make what you do with your light a bit different than the needs of another garden. So you always have to use the plant's growth pattern for local adjustments. about light - not typing it again when you can just swap out numbers to recalculate... it's explained fairly well here -- growdiaries.com/grower/bunnybud

They looking great don‘t worry… the Most height gain is in flowering Stage 1-3 weeks into flowering ) about 100% of their current hight, you wan‘t bigger plants ? Just let them veg further but remember that the Most hight gain will occure in flowering it at least the Most rapid hight gain

Hi mate, don’t worry — your plants are looking really good, especially for a first run 👍 I can’t quite tell the exact distance to your light or the wattage, but they should gain some height during the stretch anyway. If anything, you could slightly adjust the light (distance or power), but honestly it looks like you’re on the right track already. That could help, but it’s not a must.
