Distance from plant to lights

I have a problem with the distance from the top of the plant to the lights and I don't have any more space to lift the light.
I tried to bend the top but iam afraid to brack it.
What can I do?

Until now I was afraid to bend the main cola so as not to break it but it continues to grow and I am afraid it will be too close to the lamp and then it will be too late to bend it.
So far there are no serious heat burns.

Bend away, cannabis is very flexible!

30 cm is actually perfect right now, dont stress about 30cm it's perfect. actually it should be 30cm for the whole grow. Now the plants are not growing so dont worry, it will be perfect. 🚀

I faced the same problem with my Tangerine Dream... and I LST'd the hell out of it all the way up to about 2 weeks before harvest. I eventually decided that since I wasn't getting any burn on anything that they were ok even 2 inches from the lights... One of my LST efforts ended up being HST - and that was the main cola!! Didn't bother it... they're amazing plants. If you're not seeing any burn or any problem with the grow other than YOU think they're getting too close to the light, I wouldn't worry all that much. Your grow looks amazing... just keep pulling the taller ones out more - it will give you a MUCH better harvest as you'll be getting light to the lower bud sites.
