you didn't zoom in where it is important.
i see a nub next to some axillary growth, but don't see a hair projecting, nor can i determine if it itself is projecting from a stem -- but would guess that particular object is a female organ. If the nub at any growth node (2 nubs, if still symetrical growth) does not project from a stem, it's likely female. it will soon pop a little white hair.
if this lil nub starts to project from a little stem... more than one will form as opposed to just 1 calyx... then it's a male sex organ. it will eventually open up and what looks like a bunch of bananas ("nanners") will be inside -- might be light green to start but will turn yellow quickly once it opens up.
inidividual 'nanners' are not as dangerous as a sac full of nanners which also has a full compliment of male sex organs. The nanners are often less productive if found on their own and not in clusters from pollen sacs opening up. Sometimes it doesn't even make viable pollen on their own. You'll get at worst a few seeds per ounce from untended nanners. *rip them out if you can... if it's going nuts with 100s of them all over, toss the plant, but in general a few nanners is worth the effort to salvage.
pollen sacs developing are really bad.. they will pollinate the entire grow area with 1000s of seeds. if you attempt to keep the plant, it is best to isolate it. never go from that hermie grow area to your normal grow area or you will contaminate it. do those chores last and should avoid 99% of pollination. Probably going to get a few seeds though. Best to just throw out the 'true' or 'full' hermaphrodites. it's not a good trait to pass along, if it easily occurs. in other words, it's a really shitty plant for breeding.
