[Help] Canna Terra StarterKit

Hey Parenjoy, Do you have a PPM/EC meter? If not you should buy one and also a PH meter. Most of the ''random'' all purpose flower soils have high PPM/EC ( lots of nutrients ) in it. Seedling/younglings don't like high PPM. They preff like 1-1.3 EC with like 5.8 PH. Well the feed chart from Canna is a good one but sometimes you just need to adjust it with -10% or + 10%. But for beginners it is oke to use it as is. First you make a bucket or tank with water. Make sure you know how much is in it. Lets do 10 Liters of water for example. If you are using seeds you should follow up the start/rooting phase and use whatever it says on the chart. After putting it all in your bucket/tank and have been mixing for a while ( use a stick or a pump ) you should calculate with your PH meter how much PH you water is. Make sure it gets to PH 5.8 using PH minus or Plus, since i don't see thoose on the picture you should buy those as well. ( PH minus is mostly needed) Now you are ready to feed your plants. Dont give to much and don't give to less. seeds just need a wet soil(not to wet) and younglings need like 50-100ml of water each day depending on how dry you soil gets, sometimes they only need that each 2-3 days. PS, dont forget to feed them with only water 5.8 sometimes to make your your PPM/EC in your soil stays at a proper level. ( in flowering phase they need higher ph and ec) You can always ask us again about all other kinds of stuff but for now you should be good. Goodluck Growing :)
