They look well and truly ready to me.
If you have 98%+ brown pistils, this will put you in the "10-30% amber trichomes" zone, without having to look too closely.
Once you get to 100% brown pistils, it is all downhill from there regarding THC levels, but some people prefer the CBD couchlock that late harvested buds provide, rather than the up high of peak THC.
THC breaks down quite quickly into CBD once all the pistils are brown, as once all the pistils are brown, the plant is getting closer and closer to death and therefore it is unable to support peak THC levels anymore.
