Why are my buds not swelling?

Both are autoflowers.
Both are outside only, so they’re not in the best of shape.
Bigger one sprouted April 10th
And scrawny one sprouted April 20th.
Should the buds be fatter at this point since there is quite a few amber pistles. And when do you think i

I just harvested my outdoor purple punch that was planted the 3rd of march. So i would first add some callmag to your soil and maybe a little more flowrr nute and give it another week,then flush it after another week and take it down in 2 weeks from now i guess.

Stunted growthThe plant looks like it has stopped growing in the last two weeks, what could be the cause? The temperatures have been really high this last week +30C, I have another royal dwarf around the same age as this one, growing in the same tent and it looks to be doing just fine.

Hermaphrodite?Ive noticed the buds only on this one plant are looking very undeveloped... also under the bud sites, im wondering if they are swollen calyx or hermie... this plant sufferd bad from my light been too close without cool tube previously.. maybe somthing to do with that ?

Going back to flower after accidental reveggingI'm fairly sure that she has been revegging for the past couple weeks, largely from light stress.
Is it worth it to try to push her back into flower and continue this grow, or should I start chop her down and start over?
