Man, even without a look at the Trichomes, you can see em in 1 plant. They all look cloudy and them colas look like there gonna do everthing they can and did, your leafs are in its finally stages or 90% are dead. If there will be anymore bud growth it'll happen in the next few days and during the rest period. Usually 36hrs in the dark is enough. Again without seeing your trichomes on the other plant I can't say for sure. But looking at em from a far. There done. Harvest both if you are happy. But another wk won't hurt that much if at all.
