Chlorophyll has nothing to do with couchlock, but CBD and CBN do, which are present in higher quantities in amber trichomes.
If you want up, not lock, harvest when there are still 2-3% whitish pistils left and definitely do not leave it until there are 100% brown pistils, as once there are 100% brown pistils the plant is closing in on death and a near dead plant can not support peak THC levels, leading to increased levels of CBD and CBN which is what gives you the couchlock effect.
You can still get up highs from indicas, just don't harvest them too late and harvest while there are still a few white pistils left.
In your pictures I would say too late already, so harvest asap.
