You'd need to get a much closer look at the trichs to judge when to harvest. Grab a jewelers loupe or microscope or something to get you in and tight on the trichs. If they are all milky when you harvest, you'll get a head high only... if there is some amber showing, you'll get some relaxation in with that head high.... if there's more amber than milky, you'll be in couchlock territory... but from there on the THC will start to degrade... just depends on what you want from your smoke as to when you harvest.

From the looks of it I'd say she's about ready but to get a really good idea of when to harvest you should get yourself a jewelers loop micro camera to get a look at the trichomes on the actual flowers themselves (not leaves).
You want a good mix of amber and milky trichomes.

13 days of drying and No snap ?Good morning, dear community.
I have now been drying for 13 days and 11 hours. Conditions very constant at 16c 56% rh.
Still no stem cracking leaves and flowers seem dry.
