if hanging, i'd do the whole limbs, it'll be slow enough, unless you are i a desert or something extreme.. tundra too. if they are all well spaced and not resting on each other, it'll be fine.. you don't have to do anything.. just observe if it takes too long and careful of microbial growth as always.
the smaller stems will snap, that's generally the time to cure. try to smoke a joint, and if it keeps going out, it's not dried yet. not in a cigar wrap.. those will stay lit when too wet.

Good quick cure. I dry until you think it is almost ready to smoke. I take all the bud off the stems, I have old knob hill farms baskets and I put all the bud into the basket. The buds will rehydrate at that point then I pour into a second knob hill farm basket and every 2 hours or so I switch to the other basket. I repeat this until the buds are dry enough and ready to smoke. It's important not to let it sit in one basket for to long. Then I jar it up for storage. This takes out all green, homegrown taste and is much quicker. All my buddies love the taste of my weed. Enjoy the rewards of your work. CHEERS

When you try to snap a stem is should break just slightly not too much thou as you don't want to over dry it. I'd try to jar them when they are at like 65% rh. This will give you the best cure time. Hope this helps! Happy growing!

Is it drying right? It seems notI put these plants out to dry in the Herb Dryer and they still look pretty wet, even some that I let dry earlier still look wet a few weeks ago.

14th day of dry. Small bit of offcut bud reading 58% in 1 ounch grove bag overnight.14th day of dry. Temp/RH have been around 60/60, but not getting snap from stems. Did trim yesterday and took a good deal of dry leaves by simply pulling gently / running the scissors over them. Would you cut and jar at this point or leave until stems are brittle?

How do I figure "wet" weight on this big girl?She's been outside, so I plan to wash the buds and then do a wet cure. (using for edibles). I'm doing a rough trim before I soak her, but still have a lot of weight in branches. Is this expected for 'wet' weight? Is the final weight after fully drying and trimming? Thanks!

How to dry for Keef collecting(after budwashing)?How long would you guys dry the bud for at an average of 61 degrees F and 54% humidity? Mind you I want to collect Keef in my Grinder and trim bin so I want it a little extra dry. The drying method is dry 5 days on single branches trim into individual nugs and dry about a week.

10 Days Drying and is it ready or should I dry more?, no smell? Some snaps? Gelat.OG StrainHello, Day 10 Drying, Gelat.OG , some of the big branches stem is snaps when bend, some smaller once not, also no smell , before there was HAY smell but now nothing, but some of them can smell weed very slightly.
