WHY?ANY REASON WHY? After sprouted i has put them in front of the window and then when has two leaves directly under the lamp. Lamp was not too close so i dont know whats happend. How could I improve recovery chances of a broken/folded seedling stem?My light accidentally fell on my seedling and broke the stem right below the first set of leafs. The stem, however, did not break in half but it folded over. I have added support to keep it straight. Is there anything else I could do to improve her chances of recovery?Plant. Stem - Weak

I'v checked many things that could lead to it, but nothing make sense.
Could this slow growth happen due to the fact that the seed shell remained stuck over the cotyledons for 2 days?

remove lower side branches that are stretching outwards to focus on main cola?some of the the lowest growth shoots started to stretch outwards (some stayed short).ideally I would prefer one nice long bud.should I remove them? (maybe 2 or 3 in total)or better to wait until 21 days flowering.
probably should not defoliate for another week right?
