Does this look like a potassium defeciency? Something else?

This is my 13 day old Fog Dog auto by Atlas Seeds. It’s showing some yellowing and what looks like mild burning along the leaf tips and edges. I am wondering if it is a potassium deficiency? I am growing in GreenGro Pride Lands soil and so far she has only received Recharge.

I would not recommend flushing to get rid of nutrients, It can make things way worse. Flushing should always be a last resort. Flushing can cause more nutrients to be released as most time release potting soil's will release nutrients from being watered. Flushing can wash away good microbe's in the soil causing an imbalance making it unhealthy. Flushing can over saturate the soil choking out the roots and causing root rot. Stick to water and don't fully saturate the soil until things clear up. The more soil that has moisture the more nutrients will be released.

Yeah, you really shouldn't be growing autos in this type of soil.... they don't like nutes early on in the game - not for at least a couple of weeks... but what is done is done - do NOT transplant her as they hate that even more! You're showing signs of nute burn and the only thing I can think of to recommend is to try to get some of those nutrients that are in that soil OUT... I'd try a flush, to be honest... run 9 gallons of ph'd water through the pot (you want to run 3x the amount of water as the pot size) and then wait until it's bone dry before giving another watering.. But that has inherent worries, too... The only other thing I can think of is to tell you to a) quit the recharge (there's nothing that needs to be remedied in your soil except an excess of nutrients) and b) just give it water for a good long time... maybe until it's in flower when you might start giving it some bloom nutes. PH isn't an issue - you want a range of between 6.0 and 6.5 so you're good there... but next time you want to grow an autoflower, choose a different medium... I only grow autoflowers and I only grow in ProMix so that I can control what nutes my plants get and when.... Good luck!

Looking at your potting soil it says 5 weeks of food. So I'm thinking the recharge is working a little to well at breaking down the nuturents and your getting nuturent burn. Only other thing I could see is pH out of range hindering nuturent uptake. Make sure you adjust your pH every time you water Good luck and happy Growing
