That looks to me like you have powdery mildew - and badly! Your enitre grow is in danger if you don't get a handle on it quickly... There are many different methods and the entire subject is complicated but this is a fungus that thrives in hot, damp environments - you'll need to attack it with one of several organic products or head for the heavy hitting chemical stuff ... personally, the organic remedies have never worked for me unless I attack the problem WELL before getting to the stage you're at.... But it IS a complex subject so I can't give you a simple answer as to what to do ... start by googling "powdery mildew on weed" and read as many articles as you can on it - then decide how you're going to attack YOUR problem... Unfortunately, your entire grow may be doomed but you should learn how it starts and how to prevent it in the future! Good luck!
