Polen de pino sobre mis plantas

My plants are exposed outdoors, near a pine tree that has dropped its pollen on my little plants on a windy day, as seen in the photo. Could this pose a problem for my harvest?

It really shouldn't - I can't imagine a pine tree pollinating a weed! :-D I guess what I would do if I were you would be to hose the pollen off at dusk (don't do it in the mid-day sun or your burn your leaves!) ... and relax... they'll be ok...

Yellow TipsHey all anyone knows what this can be? She had trips and I put to much neemoil on the leaves that's why she looks like this with the leaves. But since last week the tips from the top started to get yellow. I didn't use nutes till now and I dimmed the light to 60% / 70cm distance.

Hey, anyone got any idea or clue what's going on?I thought it was a manganese or iron deficiency from an early watering with high pH.
Though I've fed/watered my other 2 plants pretty much the same stuff but she seems to be reacting really poorly.
