Ok, So all I see is "Soil" in your diary. What nutrients are you using and how much, Next guess would be nutrient burn.
A lot of potting soil will be to strong for juvenile plants. Fox Farm Ocean Forest is a popular mix that does this.

Good call on the ocean forest. Just transplanted about a week and a half ago. Haven't used anything but calmag, clonex for seedlings, and recharge so far though.

She needs more nitrogen - calmag won't do anything. Give her some grow nutes and she should be fine. Good call on the Recharge, btw... that will definitely help with the uptake of nutes and improve your soil.

This photo was taken right after watering within a few minutes. Soil was basically dry before watering.

I'm gonna guess root issues. Your medium looks over saturated. Only 100% coco can't be over watered.

Deficiency or lockoutIs this a simple N deficiency or a lockout? I gave her more N last feeding but nothing seems to have changed. still stunted and still bottom yellow leaves. Should I feed her a micro/bloom mix or flush her??! Her soil ph seems to be correct and ppm so idk if its a build up of salt
