Little white worms in soil after a week

It's been a week since germination and I'm starting to see some small worms in the soil. Would any one know what it is and what I should do about it? Now I throw them out directly (there've only been two for now) but I hope it isn't a sign of something very bad.

they look like larvae to me more than worms. they may be fungus gnat larvae as its a very common pest but can you take individual close ups of the critter you see preferably on a blank piece of paper

Looks like Vermiform larvae. could be any of the following. Hard to say exactly but I'm guessing fly. Chances are its not a good bug but a plant eater. Vermiform larvae may be found in the following insect groups: Diptera Siphonaptera Hymenoptera Orthoptera Lepidoptera Coleoptera

Some sort of incentaside soap should help get rid of them. You need to have a look and see if they got legs and that. If they swimmers you should be OK. You gonna have to do a bit of inspecting and when you get a clear shot re ask the Question. Good Luck.
