Little white worms in soil after a week

It's been a week since germination and I'm starting to see some small worms in the soil. Would any one know what it is and what I should do about it? Now I throw them out directly (there've only been two for now) but I hope it isn't a sign of something very bad.

they look like larvae to me more than worms. they may be fungus gnat larvae as its a very common pest but can you take individual close ups of the critter you see preferably on a blank piece of paper

Looks like Vermiform larvae. could be any of the following. Hard to say exactly but I'm guessing fly. Chances are its not a good bug but a plant eater.

Orthoptera
Lepidoptera
Coleoptera

Some sort of incentaside soap should help get rid of them.
You need to have a look and see if they got legs and that. If they swimmers you should be OK.
You gonna have to do a bit of inspecting and when you get a clear shot re ask the Question.

2 day update after changing light. Is progress okay?Hello, on Monday i changed my light from some scam of a light that said 50w, to a mars hydro ts600. This is the 2 progress since then. Ignore the loss of a quarter of one of the cotyledons :))

Day 49 autoflower huge and not yet flowering. Help!Day 49 autoflower not flowering? She's huge and I'm running out of room in the tent (58" and my tent is only 6 ft). Should I flip the tent to 12/12? Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
