Revert back to veg or continue flower?

I have these two plants just sexed after 1 week of flower. I was going to go back to 18/6 tonight for another week or two veg to fill the screen more. Is this a good idea? Or should I just continuing flowering? Strain is ACE's Congo.

I’d just keep it as is.. I’m not a fan of unnecessary stress like revegging personally.
It looks filled out decently and you’re still gonna have some significant stretch

When to harvest? and general opinion on the buds :)I have two automatic gorilla cookie flowers. One of them is more advanced in terms of the flowering stage and I'm not sure when I should cut it.
It is currently about three weeks in bloom but I do not have a microscope to check the trichomes. I will only have it in two weeks.

overcrowded tent?I'm wondering if i should be getting ready to kick it to flower? this is my first time growing I'm not sure if its starting to get over crowded. I know cramming 4 different strains in a 2x4 also isn't ideal should i consider a scrog to keep things at the same height?

Difficulty identifying leaf problem - maybe it's insects?I'm having trouble figuring out what's going on with my plant. The cotyledons and lower fan leaves are getting irregular shiny patches varying in size underneath, with yellow spots directly above them on the top side. It's really hard to photograph the shiny patches. Thrips?
