Why would you do that? What problem are you trying to resolve? If they're turning yellow and dying off naturally, sure, go ahead.... otherwise it's a non-issue! Good luck!

That's what I do, I take off the growth that starts at the Cotyledon's, First set of leaves(single finger) and second set of leaves(three finger). But I leave the fan leaves. The energy will be diverted and used elsewhere.

Idk about better air flow. Once you have good air flow you wouldn't remove growth for that purpose, but again down to choice. It is good to remove all that Larfy airy bud before it turns to even pre flower and you'll get growth like that, little hairs. And even doing some lollipopping will never stand you wrong. Especially if you have, say a weaker like like an SF 1000 (i used for my 1st grow) there is a lot of larf that comes hand in hand with these type of lights. Do maxing out on energy and space will play to bud quality. You just have to get in their early, as early as c you can remove all that crap, (unless you use it all) and bring a whole auto to harvest you'll get a boat load of that growth. Clearly with photos you control how and where bud will form so not as much needed but still good to control the grow. It really stands more for autos. Get rid of lower growth and bits of stand alone larf to bank on that energy. Good luck.

yes it creates better airflow around the bottom of the plants and redirects energy to the nodes up top but mostly removing the first node closest to the ground should suffice if you dont have crazy close internodes and after looking at your plants i dont see you suffering from that problem. your plant had wide internodal space it isnt getting enough light atm so its stretching. i’d suggest giving it more light or it will not perform very well for you. if you currently dont have a good light you can use standard 7 or 13w philips led bulbs or osram or whatever. standard domestic use led bulbs are a good start if nothing else is available. you can pop the white diffusers of with a screwdriver and you got your self a 13w led puck. you can use 1-2 for each and it’ll be enough light for now in veg and 2-3 for flower will give you some solid nugs. also i’ll suggest training the gals, bend them and tie down so the side shoots start growing upwards. this is called lst you bend the mainstem 90 degrees till it becomes parallel to the ground and even a tad more to break apical dominance so the side shoots can gain dominance over the top node. this way you’ll get multiple main colas and better yield. especially if you do provide more light with the bulbs. so these were the things that jumped at me about your grow and wanted to give you some tips which i thought would work well for you. and about your original question, yes you can strip lower nodes but if you lst and provide decent lighting only stripping 1 or 2 nodes should be enough. the rest should mostly catch up with the rest. if not planning on lst and adding lights maybe strip the first three because they look like they’ll never catch up with the 4th node and above. but i really do recommend adding a couple of 13w philips led bulbs at the very least. you’d be surprised how well they grow plants.

Are you talking about lollipopping the stems? I do it because it directs the plants energy into the flowers at the top. You get more big buds and less little buds. But I don’t do it at six weeks cause the plant needs those leaves to grow. Wait until she has grown up a bit more and is getting ready to flower, or just starting to flower. That’s the perfect time to defoliate or lollipop those lower branches. I also take off the lowest pair of stems because they don’t tend to produce well either. Good luck 😉

I always remove the lowest set of branches, closest to the ground, as they never really perform, but no need to remove any others in my opinion.
