This has happened to me many times and she won't give you more than a small nug.
With a photoperiod there is a chance to bounce back, but with autos you aren't so lucky.
You have wet your medium too much while she was small and she can't get any oxygen, so she's drowning.
Before you plant, make sure your medium is damp, but not soaking, plants roots need air just as much as they need moisture.
Once the plant is older it can drink more and if you overwater it's not as big of a problem, but be very careful when you start.
