This has happened to me many times and she won't give you more than a small nug. With a photoperiod there is a chance to bounce back, but with autos you aren't so lucky. You have wet your medium too much while she was small and she can't get any oxygen, so she's drowning. Before you plant, make sure your medium is damp, but not soaking, plants roots need air just as much as they need moisture. Once the plant is older it can drink more and if you overwater it's not as big of a problem, but be very careful when you start.

Stop overdoing it.... Give them light (may get a better lamp) and let them grow in peace and you will see some results. Nutes wont help if there is nothing to soak em up so wait until she has a decend size. For the repot if you used some Mycos it would be even better but it should be alright she didnt start flowering anyway so you have a bit of time to set thing straight for the rest of the grow. Light,Water,Patience and Love are the Keys Growmie. Have a nice one.

I don't get the Q. There is no root bound pics or ANY root pics to look at. If you had got root bound, (roots tangled) which happened to me. Just lightly break up the soil with your hand so roots reach down to touch the end of the pot. Good luck..

You transplanted to late??? Not sure what you mean as I transplant at week 4 to the last pots but don't worry she will grow lots of stretching to happen yet go easy on the nutrients as she still very young water with just ph water and check the ph of the run off just to be sure your pH at soil is OK as that can cause alot of issues with nutrient lock out 🙏💚
