Problème tige

Isit me or is all the other leaves pointing that direction too? If that’s the case she’s following the sun, looks healthy, notice some white patches on one leaf not sure if it rubs off might be some dried out water

This honestly doesn't look like sun-chasing to me... especially when you say the stem is soft (and it LOOKS soft ... TOO soft). This might be a pest (I was thinking initially of some kind of borer that's gotten into the stem so look for signs of that)... but it also might simply be lack of good air flow - however that, to me, doesn't make much sense either since we're talking only the very tip of your plant which should have the BEST air flow... in the end, I would look for signs of pests and grab some Dr. Zymes (https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07V2ZXN62?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) if you think or even suspect you've got a bug problem.. She outdoor so I would thin her out for more air flow . Only one picture can't see to much but think she fine might be new growth or sun chasing. That fence might block alot of sun. Other then that I think she fine. I not sure if I see few dots on leafs? I'm a big prevention man,Neem Neem .I try once a week . Strong on ground around plant and like instructions say for the plant. Early morning before sun to hot or late evening. I'm sure u know this my fellow grower. She really just needs a shaving of 🌿 here and there and u will see her take off.
