You have too much nutrition in soil. The plant is cooking. Don't get leaves wet either. Will also mess leaves up. Soil is too hot for the baby plant

Nothing to worry about... some plants just do weird things at the beginning - it's genetic and shouldn't affect your grow at all... Good luck!
