High stress training an auto is very risky business... you could stress it so much it doesn't have time to recover, especially just as they're about to enter into flower... You'll just have to wait it out to see if Neferiti will recover or if you've just done too much to her.
By 7-8 weeks, they should all be in flower so I'm thinking you've just been too agressive with the ladies. Defoliation also isn't particularly beneficial, especially in the veg state since they NEED those leaves for photosynthesis... if, when they get into flower and you've got a literal jungle and need some air flow or you haven't done any LST and the lower bud sites need more light, you can defoliate but slowly, a little bit at a time, giving them time to recover before doing more.
Next time around with autos, dial it back a notch and don't do anything more stressful than LST... if you gently pull the lower bud sites out away from the main stem, they'll reward you by getting bigger since they're going to be getting more light and you haven't interrupted their growth cycle. I do LST on all my autos (which is all I grow) but not until about week 3 or 4... and I continue to do it until the plant stops it's upward growth (although with my Tangerine Dream, I had to LST her right through to harvest practically because she was SO VERY TALL)...
Be gentle with autoflowers - it's not that they're delicate, they just don't need and often do not appreciate major interventions.
Good luck!
