I'm really close to harvest. I figure 7 days or so for my Northern Lights. There is a heat wave coming this week. I have trouble keeping my grow tent below 28 degree C and the humidity low when it's over 30 outside. Would I be better suited to harvest before the heatwave?

if those photos are current i would guess you have more like 2 weeks left. Im seeing lots of white hairs still. harvesting soon your buds wont have a very high thc content and i feel you would be very dissipointed. but if your humidity is high and heat is also high you risk bud rot. air movement will be key to keeping it away. if you are really on edge you could harvest a single plant. which will give you some and allow for more air movement between the rest of them.

Thank you for your input and answers. I agree, I'm not THAT close to harvesting. However, the Northern Lights pistils appear to be browning quicker than the rest.
I don't know how to adjust the ballast for lower light intensity, but I'll look into it.

A easier solution is to simply produce less heat. Turn your grow light down if your in ripening stage. Better then premature harvest. Only do this when it's crazy hot, and temp is a problem for sure that day. Increased airflow will also help. Humidity should be 40 to 50 percent. You need about 2 weeks after the mass of white pistils turn brown. Good luck, and happy growing š± enjoy the harvest.

18-24 Tage bis zur Ernte. Falls Du jetzt erntest verschenkst Du viel Potential, reif ist bei Dir noch nichts.
Kurzzeitige Hitzewellen steckt Cannabis, vor allem in der BlĆ¼te, recht gut weg. Achte einfach daruf das die Wurzeln nicht austrocknen und sorge fĆ¼r ausreichend Umluft; kannst z.B. die Box offen lassen.

Should I flush now and harvest in a couple weeks or is she ready? Seems early, but trichomes are milky and a small amount are amber already.Seedbank says "flowering time 7-9 wks". She didn't flower until week 5, so that tells me she should have like 4-6 weeks left.
