Yes, but in future, start autoflowers where they finish. If they don't take the transplant well they will loose growing time on their internal clock. Good luck 🌱

In young plants I was told if the leaves are wider than the pot, yes it's time. Unless you are growing tiny plants? Be lucky

The rule of thumb for autoflowers is that they should be planted (germinated) in the pot they're going to finish in so no transplanting is required. They don't LIKE to be transplanted unless it's done very, very carefully so as to not disturb the root system as they have VERY little time to recover from the shock... But since they NEED to be transplanted, now would be a good time... DO IT CAREFULLY or you will stunt them. Good luck...
