When would you harvest this lady?

I usually wait to 20-50% Amber trichines

2 weeks! The rule is whatever you think plus 1 week :)

High Katalina, She is almost ready and if you grow on soil I would start flushing (just give water with the same pH as before but without nutritions). Than she can use her build up nutritions so by the time that the first trichomes turn amber (my guess in about 2 weeks) than she is ready for harvest. Happy harvest! 😋

I like to harvest when there are 98-99% brown pistils. This will put you in the "10-30% amber trichome" zone without having to look too closely. I start the flush when there are about 95% brown pistils. Judging by your last picture, maybe another 2-3 weeks, as others have suggested. Nice job by the way!

They look still clear and pistil still white. If you want the maximum potential of THC go for milky trichomes and some of the yellow pistils. If you want a sleep solution go for amber trichomes
