I would at least cut some holes in the dome (or cut the top off completely so she just has a circle around her and not OVER her) so that fresh air can get in and circulate. You don't want mold to grow nor do you want her to damp off. She still needs a high degree of humidity while her roots become established - but TOO much humidity is not a good thing. And don't water her too much - don't have the soil around her constantly wet....
