Can someone explain me how to join a contest? Do i join with a starting diary or one that is finished and show harvests? Please help

Typically for diary of the month/newbie of the month the diary must be complete through harvest. As per photo contests or meme contests you can enter without having a completed diary

Will males revert back to veg if daylight is increased by only minutes daily?I'm flowering a male to create new genetics/seeds. I flower the males outside early spring (US - Michigan). Judging Harvest dayI've been watching the trics on my crit xxl closely, I now have 30% clear 50% cloudy 20% amber.
I'm on day 62 from flipping, day 52 from noticing first pistils. I flushed twice in the last week, but am still seeing new growth.
Should I wait another week before chopping?

Harvest and Varying TrichomesFor one of my OG Kush Autos, the trichomes on the main cola are clear/cloudy and the pistils are half white, half brown.
