every genetic is different. you can have fast bloomers or short bloomers. indica or sariva heavy. since every seed is individual, you always have different phenotypes.

I once had 5 blueberry autos, grown in different batches, 3 of which grew normal. The other 2, not so much. They began normally enough, starting preflower at 3 weeks, but they stayed there. And stayed there. Finally I switched to 12/12 lighting and flowering took off. But it was too late. Both plants reached well over 6 feet in height and I didn't have anywhere near that clearance. That's how I learned you CAN bend the whole main stem quite a bit, slowly, gently. Massive yields. But not worth it. These 2 plants occupied almost all of the available space in a 4 foot by 4 foot tent, making working on them very difficult. That's what extreme phenotype variation looks like. This is minor phenotype or environmental variation. Good luck

I bought 5 seeds of one strain from a seed bank once and popped them all... 2 didn't germinate but 3 did... they were all supposed to be sativas but one was an amazing indica that was CLEARLY not the same strain (and I SO wished I knew what it was because it was phenomenal!) ... sometimes, seeds get mixed up and this might have happened here? I've got 3 plants growing now, all the same strain, but one is way taller than the other two and this I just put down to genetics... Each seed is going to produce an individual ... expecting them to all be exactly alike is kind of like expecting all children of one family to be exactly alike.. just treat them as individuals! Good luck!

Seems to me that those are different strains or a very wild variation of phenos...like not stable at all.

You'll often see differences, even from the same mother (phenotype differences), sometimes quite drastic. A slight difference in in timing between plants is common. But environmental issues can also cause timing differences; if one gets better food, or lighting, etc. You'd be surprised by how small differences early on can lead to big differences at the end. Good luck
