Usual erratic auto flower genetics.
Not much can be done, just continue with your current care and it will be what it will be.
All seeds have unique individual genetics and no two seeds will grow and flower identically.

I agree with organoman.. likely inconsistency in genetics from seed to seed and the ruderalis traits of the auto. Also not a fan of autos for this reason, and others.
