I was having the same problem yes, they are thrips or just bugs,in my experience if you need something fast you can take the canna cure,it is an ready to use product (organic)that you will spray your leaves and buds but be careful to spray the leaves backwards to. Hope you the best

This does indeed look like thrips. This person also had a question that looked just like that. growdiaries.com/grow-questions/49858-there-is-some-white-thing-on-it I would treat the plant with some BTi asap, or soapy water and rince if BTi is not available. But this will need to be done continuity till a new method is used. BTi is a bacteria that kills the thrips and other pests from the inside out. its inside some common products, one called mosquito dunks. Once they take a single bite they begin to die. Its a great product and can be used in all stages of the grow. germination to harvest. One other option is predatory mites from a grow store. I have used them before and they work well. but more of a preventative thing vs a cure thing. Best Of luck! ***disclaimer, multiple people are answering all questions as there is a contest called GOTM, when a user is selected as the answer they get a point. Yep, i agree with GG. It looks like thrips. Amazing Dr. Zymes seems to take care of just about everything and is another good product to keep an eye open for. Good luck!

The issue is that you have a pretty good infestation of thrips... grab yourself some Spinosad (easily available in any garden center or on Amazon) and follow the directions... it's organic so it can be used straight through harvest whereas neem oil can't (and I find THAT fairly ineffective unless the issue is caught at the VERY beginning). Good luck!
