Could be magnesium due to yellowing between veins and purple petiols of the leaves. You seems to under feed your ladies , with 1.2ec at that stage they are searching for nutrients so you have the magnesiul def + a Nitrogen def ( normal after a certain point ) also like you said the ph beeing 5.6 it's too low , you need a 5.8 ph at that stage and a 1.6/1.8 Ec solution (even more is possible but slowly increase as a julp frm 1.2 to 1.8 is too brutal ).
If the feeding is corrected the issue will stop spreading but the affected leaves will not recover
