There are some growers who will tell you that topping an auto can - some even say SHOULD - be done... but autos can rarely withstand that technique. Your Creme Brulee handled it well, this one did not. I don't fault the genetics at all here - with autos, it's best to stick to LST.
And autoflowers vegging for 10 weeks is unheard of no matter what anyone says.. it might be they actually had a photoperiod mistakenly put in their autoflower seed order... I once bought 5 seeds of the same strain (supposedly)... 4 of them were what I was expecting, the 5th was an entirely different strain altogether... so seed banks can and do screw up. You might try flipping her to 12/12 and if she's really a photoperiod, you will get buds... if she doesn't, you stressed her out too much with the topping... If you want to use more stressful techniques, stick with photoperiods.
