You can start the LST when there are 3, preferably 4 nodes - and you can keep doing LST whenever you feel you need to do it! My tent is the same height as yours and I had one grow where I had to LST up until about 2 weeks before harvest! It CAN be done. You might also consider doing SCROG if you think you're going to have a terribly tall plant... this will keep all the buds at the same height and is easy to do as well.

I have a little tent, only 1,4m high, so I need to do LST only for that reason..

I wouldn't start before your plant has at least 3 or 4 internodes.
You LST to open up lower branches to get them more light and more level with the main growth point.
If you don't have any lower branches to get growing, you are just stressing the plant for no reason.
