Those are thrips.
I deal with them a lot outdoors unfortunately.
If you can find predatory mites, swirskii are the ones you want (best in a tent, but can work outdoor).
The thrips are very resistant to pesticides, so if you can't get hold of the predatory mites, I would opt for some diatomaceous earth.
You can sprinkle it on dry or put a little in a sprayer, just make sure to spray well before sunrise if you're outside or lights on in your tent.
It will cut them up and contains a lot of silica, which is great to help the plant strengthen it's cuticle.
It also doesn't hurt to help along and squish as many as you can.
