Seedling growing slow, flushed soil

Hi, i habe a fat banana auto, and use biobizz light mix. I watered the soil before placing seedling. It's 8l fabric pot and i flushed 16L water, then let it dry 24h. Seedling is growing slow. Is there something i can add to fasten this process? I'm regretting flushing the soil.

Hi, thank you for your answers and advise. I came across this tutorial last year, it said to flush the soil before planting seedling. Now i wouldn't do that again. I am a bit worried about replanting. So I'll just try to wait and let dry out. Another thing today her leaves turned a bit yellow 😳 poor thing I have a Hans panel 180, it has vegetation setting (blue) and flower. So i had it all day on veg mode. Close to the lamp maybe 30cm away at most. Cause it was stretching quite a bit. So that's why I put it so close. Would it be better to put it on flower mode and place the seedling further away? I also bought some root juice and heaven (biobizz), but i guess since i shouldn't water ..... Maybe just put some mix with water in spray bottle, or am I going to kill the little thing?😳😳😳

I wouldn't transplant the poor thing! That would just be added stress to an already stressed out plant and autos hate stress! But let that pot dry out completely before giving it anything more! The fact that she's up and trying should give you hope!! Flushing should be reserved for dealing with lockout issues or toxicities in MUCH older plants! Just give her time - she'll start growing for you soon. Good luck...

It needs some time. Think of the flush as a waterboard torture for your plant. They need oxygen too and you took away a lot of it by flushing the soil and loading it with water. Which, sometimes, is a necessary evil. Let the pot dry out and keep monitoring the plant. If it keeps growing slow, it might be bad genetics that is stunting it. I hope this helps.

You want as much air in the medium as water, by flushing you have eliminated most of the air and your seedling is drowning. Repot into a more airy mix and let it recover.

Hey bud there is no need to flush soil from nutes before even planting seed, here is the guide from biobizz : We recommend that you moisten the soil slightly and store it in a warm place for around 3 days before use. This will ensure the microbial life is completely active from the moment you choose to add your plants to pot. Once the soil has been prepared, we recommend you break up and compacted lumps that may have formed.

canabis loves humidity but does not grow in swamps. Flushing soil is very very last resort ever. Its for coco or hydro technique more. Prepare just to mist her daily and forget any watering for 2 weeks. I calculated for recent question. in first 14 days (around 18 since i put seed straight to soil) calculated everything : mist, watering, planting - i was using MAX 2liters of water in total during that time !!!! Better by AllMix from Biobizz next time, less stress , less issues personally i had. Happy Growing !!!
