Use a magnifier and check for tiny little evils on stems,leaves and all over the branches, if you see them, is the hemp russet mites. If you don't see nothing, ask to the breeder where the seeds come from :) anyway if this disease affect another plant, it's the virus, if not it's an genetic error :)
