They are in 11l pots and I watered only 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Last watering 9 days ago with 150ml per plant, and the pots are still heavy and some gnats formed. The top inches and corners are totaly dry but the pot still a bit heavy in the bottom Should I go on and water?

Hello ! What I doo to water them is this one : For 11L. pot it is about 1L2 to 1L5 per plant (not at the begining, i start with 300 ml then increase slowly), every 3 days about, 4 days. They drink more betwreen veg stage and flowering and early flowering. They drink less at the end. You need to let your soil dry, the surface has to be dry. I scratch the surface of the soil after 2-3 days, then you should have the surface really dry. Put a finger in your soil and you have to feel where you have humidity, the first 2-3 cm should be dry. So what I do and what work for me is : You water correctly and you wait. When I water, I do it slowly, 0.5 ml by 0.5ml. And I wait a bit between plants. You should hear the sound of water (like little bubbles). Wait 3-4 minutes between your 0.5ml watering minimum.
