What is the distance from the plant to the lamp? the plant begins to show an excess of light

Hi! Weighing the pots is a good way to know if the plant has drunk and therefore needs more water, but it's a bit inconvenient if there are many pots. I prefer to look at the soil on the surface; if it's dry for at least 2cm, I water it :) beautiful plant!
