Lots of vibrant new growth, not near ready but looking very nice, did you start counting flowering from "switch to 12 hours of dark" or "First sign of flower"? Flowering is to start at the first sign of a calyx with multiple protruding hairs or pistils. This gives the plant time to get ready for all the hormonal changes that 12/12 brings and takes about 5-7 days after the switch to 12 hours of darkness. The general rule of thumb is to give it 1+ week on whatever the recommended flowering time is, and another 4-8 weeks depending on strain. She looks healthy and will fatten up nicely in the coming weeks, well done on your first grow.

I'd say you have a good 3 weeks if not longer... the pistils need to be 80-90% brown and the plant needs to start its natural fade before you consider chopping her. If you can, get a closer view of the trichomes when the pistils are about 75% brown - when you start to see amber trichs on the buds (not the leaves), it will be time to harvest. Good luck!
