You are suffering from ph imbalance caused by lack of run off is my guess. So it is causing nute burn and deficiency's at same time. I had this issue years ago. Once you start adding nutes you need 20 to 30 percent of water you add in run off to rinse out old salts, and provide stability in the substrate. Can measure the run off for ph and ppm.
