Looks like the lighter one is near the tent wall. It's getting less light, not as far along as the other one. The plant does different things in different spots. Lighting temperature and circulation are different. It's normal.Your doing fine

I dont have a clue of what those small white things are...I didnt find any similar picture on google.
It doesn't move but it definitely spread. Its onky on buds and not on leaves.
