in a previous question, i had an answer telling me to bend my plant but i dont know what to use, would an elastic band work or should i stick with string?

String or rope is good. You dont want anything pulling down to hard or the stem will break. I use pieces of small rope. Look how I did mine for example

Small space growing First micro grow. First 3 weeks plants were growing outdoors. Defoliated, LST and Scrogged the 3 plants to make space, pushed the plants down, and allow for smaller branches to gain light. Was on 18/6 hours light cycle for 2 weeks, changed to 12/12 after week 4. M/F still unkown
