My plants grow very slowly and I can't understand why. Total spectrum LED light use, maybe this is an error? Should I turn on only growing cold light?

Can you tell me your watering frequency? Are the photos of your plants taken just after their wake up phase?
I think you watered your plants too much your leaves are falling and if it's not when they wake up it's not normal
Water less and water than when your pot is light

3 days in, only cotydelons with no sign of the first true leaves. Seedling stopped growingSeedling 6/6 did not fully open its cotys and started to develop these small leaves. But then didn’t grow any further. The root is about 3.5” long and still white, but worrries because the plant is not growing that it may rot? Should I remove it from the grow? Should I leave it?
