Trying to get setup right

I know I prob need to get a nicer light and ditch all the crap lights but for now I have what I have. Perhaps after some success I may be able to get a new light to replace all of them. But how far should it be? 2 feet above rockwool cube? And what watts per plant

The light should be about 36" inches away from the young seedling once It starts growing and 300 watts is enough light to fill a 2x3 grow space.

I would also get a LUX or PPFD meter, easily downloaded as an app. Maybe not 100% accurate but you can get quite a good idea on where the light should be. Hope this helps

Irregular light schedule.I am thinking about giving her 24h lights a few days a week and then go back to 18h. Just to give her a boost. Will this irregular light schedule harm her? My first thought is that it doesn’t matter much since she is an auto, however I know that plants love balanced environments.

My grow tent is sitting in my basement, which normally sits at 10C in the winter, so I set the heat in the room to 18C and the LED and 2 fans heat it to 20.4C in the tent. Anyone have a similar setup but using their grow lights as a heat source? Heating a basement is expensive.

Leafes curl up Hey, these are my Autos at the beginning of day 6. The leaves are curling up a bit, is that normal/okay? Or is it light stress? The lamp is an AC Infinity Evo 4 300 watt, I had it running at 40% since day 1 and then reduced it to 30% after day 3. The distance is 45cm.

Both are under 18/6 light. They are in Scrog. How will I be able to switch the photoperiod to 12/12 since it's in the store in Scrog, and the 3-week auto can still stay on 18/6?

Right lighting at day 6 - fluo or HI as both available Right lighting at day 6? Very happy that all germination looking good on day 6 from seed. I could either continue with this compact fluorescent bulb (15 cm from tiny first leaf) for another week or two OR switch to full HI 250w immediately (30cm from plant) Thanks!
