I just brought a maxibright 200w daylight led and I popped some seeds yesterday.
Today I have put them under the led light set at 20% will this be OK for them please

Maxibright appears to be a good LED choice.
I could not find hang height recommendations but di see it is designed for a .8m x .8m area.
I would stick to 20% unless you see initial signs of stretching.
I hurt my plants with the light intensity my first 2 weeks. So less is more for sure💪

Going to want to find a par map with hanging height.
Your light should have come with a manual about that.
Check the manufacturers web page for one.
