I just brought a maxibright 200w daylight led and I popped some seeds yesterday.
Today I have put them under the led light set at 20% will this be OK for them please
Also is the maxibright 200w a good led light thanks

Maxibright appears to be a good LED choice.
I could not find hang height recommendations but di see it is designed for a .8m x .8m area.
I would stick to 20% unless you see initial signs of stretching.
I hurt my plants with the light intensity my first 2 weeks. So less is more for sure💪

How to tell if light is damaging plant?I'm using a Mars Hydro Ts600. Manufacturers advice is to keep height at 12'' minimum above the canopy in flower but other growers report it can hang as low as 10''.
