The ideal PPFD for plants is is between 100 and 300 µMol/m2/S for the seedling stage. It gets slightly higher for the vegetation and flowering stages – 300-600 µMol/m2/S and 600-750 µMol/m2/S, remember though that fox tailing is also caused by excessive heat, light stress and genetics keep all this in mind.

Another thing to consider is the plant itself. Growing from seed one plant could foxtail with 600 while others of the same strain can handle 800. Its best to keep an eye on your plants looking for signs of to much light/stress and adjust the light accordingly. Looks like your using a phone app to get your readings. This will give you an estimate and varies based on the light you use because its using a LUX sensor and converting based on an average value. quantum board or bar style LED's usually you will want to keep them 25-45cm away from the canopy. So 30cm sounds like a great starting point. Happy Growing

Get free APP to measure LED Lux ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doggoapps.luxlight&hl=en_GB&gl=US&pli=1 ) Light • Clone and seedling stage: 5,000–7,000 lux • Vegetative stage: 15,000–50,000 lux • Flowering stage: 45,000–65,000 lux
