Hemapherdite in my grow ? what to do ?

Seeds produced from hermaphrodite pollen will carry a genetic dominance for being hermaphrodite themselves. So unless you are trying to breed a line of hermaphrodite plants, any seeds should be discarded. They will not be feminized.

can't see anything for certain in either of those two images. if just a "banana / nanner", there's a chance it doesn't do much damage. If it was a fully grown pollen sac, that's a different matter entirely. you would see a bunch of 'nanners' pop out of a larger pod and that could seed your entire room. they turn yellow when 'potent' / mature. if you pluck when green it probably doesn't release any pollen. A sac before it opens is obviously the time to pluck those. depending on severity of hermaphriditism, you may want to chop the plant... if not too bad and only nanners could keep plucking. When i had plants nanner out, i saw maybe 1seed per 20 grams or so? give or take. i plucked when i saw but i definitely missed some too. lone nanners don't have the full compliment of capabilities and produce lower amounts of pollen that can in some cases be impotent.

When you notice male qualities on your plant, the first thing to do is to immediately move it away from any female plants you may be growing. Once you’ve isolated the plant to prevent possible pollination, you can give it a stern snipping. Identify the male sections of the hermaphrodite cannabis and cut the entire branch or bud site off. Be careful not to shake the plant and cause the male site to release pollen. Continue to monitor the plant to ensure no further male growth materializes. You can also remove the male sites with a pair of sterilized tweezers. As far as the seeds coming from hermaphrodite pollen will maintain this undesirable trait, so it is recommended not to grow them.

It will have seeds if pollen sac opened. Just depends on what part of development the buds were in when pollen was there. Might be a few might be a bunch. Those those seeds away. They are very likely to hermi if grown.
